Our self - hypnosis training
programme is a practical step-by-step system
utilising a mind - body - spirit approach.
It combines traditional and newer
hypnotic techniques together with some of the finest
cutting-edge components of modern mind technologies such as
neuro linguistic programming (NLP).
Instead of just aiming to fulfill a single goal you will be
learning a POWERFUL PROCESS. Goals come and go but a PROCESS and
a MULTI-PURPOSE SKILL SET will stay with you forever. With
practice you will be able use your mind and body to access far
more of your true inner resources and potential and apply them
to improve any area of your life you choose.
The training is
structured over 4 sessions. However the entire program is
modular by design. This means that you do not have attend the
entire course to benefit. You can simply stop after a single
session e.g. if for example all you wanted to learn is basic
self hypnosis for stress release and relaxation then there is no need to carry on
beyond session 1.

training and it's availability is dependant on my
performing timetable and other work commitments at the

Sessions
1, 2 and 3 - basic and intermediate
self hypnosis

Understand exactly how hypnosis works and how to make it work
effectively for you
- Learn
how to put yourself into a hypnotic trance in a few seconds
and emerge within 2 minutes or less
- Learn
how to allow your mind and body to instantly release all the
stresses and strains you carry around
- Learn
how to build and give yourself POWERFUL SUGGESTIONS while in hypnosis. Suggestions which your subconscious will
accept and start to work on immediately to bring about the
changes you are looking for in your life
- Learn
how to sharpen your imagination. CREATIVE VISUALISATION and
MENTAL REHEARSAL are key skills in training your
subconscious mind
- Learn
an exercise called “DESIGNING YOUR COMPELLING FUTURE”.
(In
hypnosis you will step forward in time and experience your
desired outcome in such a way as to familiarise your
subconscious and the universe with your desire so they can
move your life in that direction)
- Optional
- Learn how to MODEL people who already have the
skills that you would like to have more off
Each session includes
a series of specific practices and exercises that you will work
on at home.
Once you have mastered
sessions 1 to 3 you will be ready to learn advanced
self-hypnosis. Everything you have learnt thus far will be
collected together and consolidated ready for the final and most
exciting step.
Session
4 - Advanced
self hypnosis
– the ZONE
You
will learn to access an eyes open, wide-awake state of
consciousness that we know as a FLOW state called THE ZONE.
This is the same state that the world’s greatest athletes
pay sports psychologists’ vast sums of money to help them
attain peak performance and excellence. Although you and I may
not be famous sports stars our lives and goals are just as
important!
THE ZONE - Some characteristics of the FLOW state
- It
is a state of magnified concentration and focused attention
where almost any task we look to accomplish will become many
times easier.
- It
is a state of pure potential where our ego / critical mind
is silenced so we have no doubts, perceived limits or fear
of failure.
